TDX Voice provides managed VoIP and business communications services to small business clients. SMS messaging is used exclusively for operational communication with existing clients and vendors, and to receive one-time passcodes and MFA verification codes from third-party business services.
Who We Message
TDX Voice sends and receives SMS only with individuals who have an established business relationship with TDX Voice and have provided a mobile number through onboarding or ongoing account management.
Message Types
Messages are conversational and operational in nature. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on business need.
