SMS Communications

Phone numbers collected for SMS communication are used solely for operational and conversational messaging between TDX Voice and its business clients and vendors. This includes service-related notifications and the receipt of one-time passcodes or MFA verification codes from third-party services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with SMS providers (carriers and aggregators) is limited to what is required for message delivery and compliance.
